Eataly? Don’t Mind if We Do!

From all of the team at MSC Cruises (Australia), we hope that you had a great weekend. We had staff attending travel expos in Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane over the weekend, and as always, it’s so great to meet guests and futures guests face to face when we’re on the road.

Today we continue to revealing a little bit more about MSC Preziosa. This is something that we are particularly excited about; the inclusion of  not one, but two Eataly restaurants as part of her speciality dining options.

The partnership between MSC Cruises and Eataly was almost inevitable. Both businesses are committed to high quality, affordable pricing and are both dedicated to sustainable business models.

Eataly was founded in Turin, Italy, by Oscar Farinetti in a converted Vermouth factory and now boasts food and restaurant emporiums throughout Italy, USA and Japan with more to open in Dubai, Turkey, Brazil and the UK shortly.

The two Eataly restaurants on-board MSC Preziosa, Eataly Restaurant and Ristorante Italia will be located where the Tex Mex dining area is aboard MSC Fantasia, MSC Splendida and MSC Divina.

Eataly Restaurant will have 80 seats, minimalist in styling and offer the hands on, educational approach to food Eataly is so regarded for. Aisles will be dedicated to the wealth of food heritage that Italy, and her regions, are so highly regarded for including; cold cut meats, artisan sweets, and preservative/chemical free wines.

Ristorante Italia will offer 24 guests an exclusive, evening only experience. “Table d’hote” in styling, guests can expect only the highest of quality ingredients and service made from Slow Food Presida products.
